And day 3!

Last day! We spent the night the Waterpark of America! We swam Tuesday and this morning before we left! The attempt for us all 5 to sleep in one hotel room was a little rough, but the kids did sleep in until 8:30am, which made it easier to have a full morning of swimming! I can't believe how brave Grace and Charlie are! They went down the big family slide a bunch of times. Charlie kept asking to keep going, the stairs up is brutal! Ross took the kids down the single tube slides! They loved it!

Day 2!

Day two we headed to the Mall of America. Ross's sister Autumn had the day off so she joined us! The kids rode a ton of rides at Nickelodean Universe. Again, they had lots of fun. Ross took Charlie to the Lego store and he picked out a Lightning McQueen set and Grace Autumn and I headed to the American Girl doll store and she picked out some outfits for her dolls!

Mini Family Vacation Day 1!

We set out an a mini family vacation on Monday.
First, the Como Zoo. Charlie liked the monkeys the best, however I didn't get any pictures of them.




Then we headed to Como town for some fun rides for the kids. Charlie was a little scared on one, his face is priceless!

Busy Week!!

I think I may have to go to once a week updates. Between work, the kids, and the invitations I am doing, I sometimes can't find a minute to update the blog. Sorry about that!

This week was very busy. We started out last sunday meeting Ross's parents in Hudson, WI to exchange a couple of things. Sarah, (ross's sister in law), and her two kids, Carmen and Isaac were there also. It wasn't very sunny out, but it was muggy! The kids has fun swimming!



Then on Monday Grace started VBS(vacation bible school). Ross and I had to work two of the days while she was there, so April was wonderful enough to help out and take Grace home afterwards. She ended up taking her to the pool with her and her 4 kids afterwards. Bless her heart!
Then on friday, after VBS, Grace had a birthday party. She had so much fun! She was very very tired at the end of the week, she ended up taking a 3 hr nap! Whew!!

We had to purchase a new washer this week. Our old one decided to kick the can. After only 5 years of work! Needless to say I wasn't happy, but the new one got delivered on Wednesday, and boy is it quiet! Love it!

Grace sang today at church. I couldn't really see here, but April and Dan say that her and their son Bryce were holding hands. Too cute!!
Tonight for supper we had chicken! Charlie loves to eat the legs. I have never seen anyone clean off a chicken bone the way he does! Unbelievable!
