Charlie had his first dentist appointment. He really enjoyed it!

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter! The day started out with Grace trying to find her Easter basket. She was awake before everyone else and had found Chalie and William's basket, but could not find hers. But then.....

It was hidden behind Grandma Lendt's plants.

William took a quick look at his basket, then had other things to do for the day. He wasn't too interested in it.

Grace's Birthday Party!

We had a small family birthday party for Grace today! She was so excited. She asked about it all day long! It is a big deal when you turn 5!

My grandma wanted a picutre of her with the great-grandchildren. However, the two little ones didn't want to cooperate, so my mom and I had to be a part of the picture as well.

Isaac Birthday party!

We headed back to Sleepy Eye for a busy weekend. We started out today with celebrating our nephew Isaac's 5th birthday which was on the 15th. Happy Birthday Issac!

Grace had her dance pictures today, so we had to get our hair all fancy and of course, makeup! Can't believe this is my little girl!

Preparing for Easter!

Grace and Charlie helped get our Easter gifts ready for their cousins. Charlie filled the eggs and Grace was working on the labels for the bags. They were so engaged and took it very seriously.


William helped too. Well, he actually just ate the treats! Day two of Williams black eye. It is getting a little darker.

Charlies funny comment of the day! We were driving to take Grace to school and the song "Turn on the Radio" by Reba was playing, it was at the chorus and was repeating "turn on the radio" and next I hear Charlie say "I did turn on the radio." And here I thought he never listed to the words of music!

Williams Shinner!

William has a black eye. It makes him look tough. He has absolutely no fear of anything, so it didn't surprise me to see him with one. I am surprised he hasn't had one sooner!

Best Friends!

I had filled Buddy's(our dog) food and water dished and walked out of the laundry room. After about two minutes I had looked in there and caught William in Buddy's food dish. We usually discourage this, but when I watched, he was getting Buddy's food for him and feeding it to him. It was too cute to stop.





Grace sat outside with dad for a while supervising him putting something together.

Williams new shades!

I had gotten William these sunglasses a while ago but he kept taking them off. This morning Ross put them on him before we left for church. He seems to like them now. He even posed for a picture!

Then on the way to church, he took them off and put them back on.

Grace's Birthday Party

Today we had a small party for Grace with her friends. We had a little party at our house, then headed to the "Pinkalicious" play at the Children's Theater. We had a Pinkalicious themed party. It was so much fun. The girls loved the play.

It was a fun day. Mom was exhausted afterwords. But Grace had so much fun.

Class trip and haircuts!

Grace's class went to the School Bus station today for a trip since voting was taking up their class space at church. Charlie also got to be a part of it which he LOVED! I was a little nervous with him since he can't sit still, but was surprised at how well he did. Charlie even participated a little with the conversation. The bus drivers were talking about something I can't even remember (mainly because I was chasing William around), and I heard Charlie say "Only robbers can take things that aren't theirs". He was pretty proud of himself. Especially since everyone laughed. He seems to like to make people laugh.


Then they got to line up to get on the bus. Not sure what Charlie is raising his hand about.

Williams hair is getting really long and he likes to put food in it when he is finished eating. Ross has been saying for a while now that I need to get him a haircut. I finally did it tonight. He just sat there, and didn't make a sound.
