Ice Skating

We took the kids ice skating tonight. Grace did really well, she also had double blade skates. Charlie took a while to get the hang of it. William, not quite yet old enough.

William used this for a little while, then decided he was done with skating, so him and I sat out and watched for a while. Then, he decided he liked it better with his boots and he could just run around!

Grace on her own. There was a little boy who she became friends with and he was helping her skate. He was in full hockey gear and skating like a pro. She was very impressed with his skating and i must say, he really did help her learn to skate better.

Sequence and cleaning

Grace loves playing board games. We sat down and played some Sequence this morning. We played best out of 5!

As you can see she won! Well, maybe I let her:)

The carpets needed vacuuming and Charlie wanted to do it! So here he is.

Grace then decided to vacuum the couch cushions for me as well. She found a quarter while doing it! She almost sucked it up in the vacuum until I told her she could keep it!

Construction worker William

William LOVES these goggles. I find him wearing them around the house for hours. I think he forgets he has them on. He puts them upside down and does not want them flipped around.
