Softball practice

It's that time of year again! Grace is in coach pitch softball. Here she is practicing catching. She is the one on the right!

Grocery shopping

Took the boys grocery shopping today. These carts are nice, however they only sit in them for 10 minutes or they start fighting. Someday I will learn.

Disney on Ice

We took the kids to see Disney on Ice in the cities. We didn't tell tgem about it, so they were pretty excited and suprised. Afterwards we headed to the Waterpark of America for some swimming fun!

Sleepy William!

William has been skipping naps now(he is too old for them according to him) so he has been falling asleep during reading time at bedtime. It doesn't take him long to fall asleep!

Mechanic Charlie~

Ross had to change oil in the truck and rotate the tires. William was at school so it was just Charlie to help him with this task! Ross decided to let Charlie to the majority of changing the tires. He loved doing it! I also love that he had to wear a cowboy hat while he did it too!:) They also had swim practice later in the afternoon and then we headed to church at 6:30pm where Charlie fell asleep on my lap about 15 min into service. And not just sleeping...he was snoring pretty loudly as well(not to mention some drooling on mom)That is the first time in a very long time this kid has fallen asleep on either of us. It was pretty sweet.

I found these pictures on Ross's phone and was wondering why he took pictures of animal tracts in the snow. What do you think these pictures are of? Hint..he took these while flying. Good luck!

Music at Target

Grace and Charlie both have birthday parties on Sunday so we headed down to Target to pick up gifts. Ross stopped in the electronics isle and checked out the headphones and listened to some musi and of course the kids did too.

Dinner and a movie!

I know, just what you want to see is another picture of Ross and I. Well, that is what you are getting today! We went out for supper and a movie with a group of friends. It was a fun night!

Tenth Avenue North

Ross suprised me with tickets to go to the Tenth Avenue North concert here in Eau Claire. It was a great night and very inspirational.

No School!

William was very clingy to me all morning. He even carried his blanket around everywhere which he hasn't done in a long time since he decided he was to big for naps. So I laid down with William to get him to take a nap. I had told Charlie to just lay on my bed till I got William to sleep. He said he wasn't tired and didn't want to nap which I said was fine. I was with William for maybe 10 min..and came out to find Charlie asleep and snoring. Kids and I headed to the mall quick to return something. Charlie spotted this truck and says this is going to be the truck dad buys:) Haha..we will see...

Happy Valentine's Day!

Our day started out with a snow day for both Grace and Charlie. We got 4 inches of snow over night, but the rest of the day was beautiful! We started our day out with heart shaped pancakes with sprinkles. Then we headed to the grocery store to get things for supper! We were home by 9:15, and got the rest of the driveway shoveled before Ross suprised us and came home early from work! He had to head back at 1, but was home by 6 which made for a nice Valentine's supper as a family. Kids and I spent the majority of the day baking cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries. Grace kept saying how this was the best Valentine's ever!

Beautiful day!

It was a beautiful day today so the boys and I headed outside to enjoy the snow. Well they actually ejoyed the snow, I chipped away at the nearly 2" of thick ice on the driveway and sidewalk. I made awsome progress and had a ton of ice for ross to shovel off when he got home. Charlie even attempted to help shovel up the ice, but quickly gave up when he realized how heavy it was!

Big Boy!

The day has finally come! William is potty trained! Big boy pants and all! He is very proud of himself! Yeah for no more diapers!!!

Starting up again~

All right everyone~ I decided to start up again and attempt to get post pictures everyday. Here is hoping I remember! Snow was beautiful today. Just light and heavy enough for the kids to spend a good 2hrs outside making some snowmen! They ended up making a whole family!!
