SNOW!!

Grace was so excited this morning when she woke up and saw snow on the grass, she came running in our room screaming to get out of bed and look outside. She ate her breakfast so fast and got dressed faster then I have ever seen her, put her snow suit on and headed outside, at 8:35am! She has been wanting to make a snow angel all fall! Once they were out, the snow turned to rain, and they got soaking wet. Grace got upset at me when I told her to come in the house!

Charlie ate pretty fast as well, he was more upset grace beat him outside. I told grace not to eat the snow.....shows how well that sunk in!:)(Sorry about the fuzzy picture, my camera thought the chairs were my main focus! oops)

On Friday, I took grace to the ENT(ear, nose and throat) doctor. For about a year now she has had bloody noses a minimum of 3 times a month. Some last really long, others pretty short. She has gotten pretty used to them by now and doesn't scream as loud when they start. Ross had taken the kids to the mall play area on Wednesday and Grace had one there and when she got home. The ENT doctor said her vessels are pretty close to the surface. He found two vessels that he thought were causing the problem, and cauterized them. Grace had to have some numbing medicine in first, she did really well with this. After he cauterized the vessel, she just broke down. She said the "medicine" stung. I believe it probably did. She did awesome sitting still in the chair while he worked. She got lots of fun treats from the nurse afterwards.

And the basement! Here is the kids playroom, and the still unfinshed bathroom!


Our neighbor made some carrot cake and brought some over for the kids. William absolutly loved it! Couldn't eat it fast enough!
